Personal Data

Personally identifiable information, including but not limited to, your name, shipping address, email, telephone number, that you voluntarily give to us while visiting our website, contacting us or purchasing from Neuromics.

Derivative Data

Information that is collected while accessing our site. Neuromics uses Lead Forensics to analyze traffic to our website. Lead Forensics does not create individual profiles for visitors. Unlike some tracking services, Lead Forensics does not have a database of individual profiles for each visitor. Lead Forensics only collects aggregate data. Financial Data

Financial information, such as data related to your payment (e.g. credit card information), will be processed using your payment processor Stripe. We encourage you to review their privacy policy and contact them for more details.

Having accurate information about you allows us to provide you with the customer service you expect from Neuromics. This includes:

Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your information to third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing, email delivery, etc.

AI services. To read the orders, purchase orders and documents you send us, and to build plans and quotes, we use AI services from Google and Anthropic (through OpenRouter) and from TypeSafe (Jev). None of them may train their models on what you send. Google may keep order documents briefly for abuse monitoring.

Research papers you send for a plan are read only by AI services that keep nothing and may not train on them. They are visible only to Neuromics staff with permission to view papers, are never published or used for marketing, and are deleted 180 days after your plan’s last change or order. With your permission (off unless you turn it on), the experiments and products in your plan, never your paper, may help us plan for other researchers. Counts of which products researchers choose, never from fewer than three customers, help improve suggestions unless you turn that off.

Marketing Communications

We will use our data for marketing purposes. You have the ability to unsubscribe at any time.

Online Postings

When you post on our website, provide a review or provide research content with the intention of sharing, except research papers you send us for a plan, we may use this for marketing purposes and may be publicly distributed in perpetuity.

Third-Party Advertisers

We may use third-party advertising companies, such as Google Ads, to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information about your visits and other websites that are contained in web cookies in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.
