Description
PureCube NTA (nitrilotriacetic acid) agarose resin was developed for IMAC-based protein purification and protein enrichment methods. The beads in this suspension have an average diameter of 40 µm and thus great mechanical stability.
Since the affinity of an NTA-metal-ion-complex depends on the loaded metal ion, NTA agarose resin is offered uncoupled to any metal ion. Through the coupling protocol, you can in turn attach your desired metal ions to the agarose beads.
