Rho1D4 Starter Set 3 is a combination of HighSpec Rho1D4 Compact Cartridge and the Rho1D4 elution peptide. The Compact Cartridge itself is an FPLC column pre-packed with HighSpec Rho1D4 agarose resin. It is meant for protein purification assays of the highest possible purity, exploiting the specificity of an antibody to its antigen.
