The Strep-Tactin®XT 4Flow® Starter Kit contains all essential reagents required for purification and detection of Strep-tagII® and Twin-Strep-tag® proteins.

The kit contains all reagents sufficient for 8 applications:

1x 1 ml Strep-Tactin®XT 4Flow® gravity flow column

Strep-Tactin®/ Strep-Tactin®XT Wash Buffer (1x Buffer W)

Strep-Tactin®XT Elution Buffer with Biotin for displacing the (Twin-)Strep-tag® protein from the column (1x Buffer BXT)

Strep-Tactin®XT Regeneration Buffer (1x Buffer XT-R)

Strep-Tactin® horse radish peroxidase (HRP) conjugate for Western blot detection
