Description
PureCube Strep-Tactin® agarose resin beads consist of 6% cross-linked agarose that is coupled to the Strep-Tactin® protein. They enable protein yields of up to 5 mg protein per ml resin. They were developed for FPLC and batch spin-based protein purification.
