Description
Zinc-alpha-2-glycoprotein (AZGP1) protein stimulates lipid degradation in adipocytes and causes the massive fat losses linked with various advanced cancers. AZGP1 may bind polyunsaturated fatty acids.
AZGP1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 301 amino acids (21-298 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 34.5kDa.
AZGP1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
