GFP-Twin-Strep-tag is a control proteins consisting of the green fluorescent protein (GFP) C-terminally tagged with the Twin-Strep-tag®. It is suitable for test purifications, detections, and immobilizations with Strep-Tactin® or Strep-Tactin®XT.
