Description
PureCube Ni-INDIGO magnetic beads / MagBeads were developped by Cube Biotech for His-tag protein purification. To create magnetic beads of the highest quality that can tolerate highest concentrations of chelators like EDTA and DTT, which are aften used in mammalian cell culture buffers. The resulting INDIGO ligand has EDTA and DTT stabilities of 20 mM each. That is highly superior to other competing magnetic beads like Ni-NTA.
