Description

Tyrosine Hydroxylase (TH) is a vital enzyme in the generation of L-DOPA from the amino acid tyrosine. TH expression is restricted in the brain, but expressed highly in locations where it is found. TH antibodies are useful in identifying chatecholaminergic neurons.
