Description
HDLMECs were isolated from normal human dermal lymphatic microvascular Endothelial tissue. Passage 1, cells are shipped frozen (available proliferating culture with a confluency of >90 % upon request). ENDO-Growth medium (MED001) is recommended for culture. Cells have an average additional population doubling levels >15 when cultured.

Cytoplasmic CD31: >95% positive by immunofluorescence

Nuclear Prxo-1: >95% positive by immunofluorescence
HDLMECs are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, and mycoplasma.
Cells are prepared and manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015 certified environment and ISO 5 cleanroom.
