Description
HLIMECs were initiated by elutriation from dissociated normal large intestine tissue. Passage 1 cells are shipped cryopreserved. ENDO-Growth Medium (MED001) is recommended for culture. Cells have an average additional population doubling levels >15 when cultured.

Cytoplasmic VWF / Factor VIII: >95% positive by immunofluorescence

Cytoplasmic uptake of Di-I-Ac-LDL: >95% positive by immunofluorescence

Cytoplasmic PECAM1 >95% positive by immunofluorescence
HLIMECs are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, and mycoplasma.
Cells are prepared and manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015 certified environment and ISO 5 cleanroom.
