Description
HDMECs were were isolated from normal neonatal human skin tissue. Passage 1 cells are shipped frozen (available proliferating culture with a confluency of >90 % upon request). EGM™-2 MV full medium containing 5% serum and growth supplements are recommended for culture. Cells have an average additional population doubling levels >15 when cultured.

Cytoplasmic VWF / Factor VIII: >95% positive by immunofluorescence

Cytoplasmic uptake of Di-I-Ac-LDL: >95% positive by immunofluorescence

Cytoplasmic PECAM1: >95% positive by immunofluorescence
HDMECs are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, and mycoplasma.
Cells are prepared and manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015 certified environment and ISO 5 cleanroom.
