Potent inhibitor of histone acetyl transferases p300 (IC50=7 µM) and pCAF (IC50=5 µM) [1]. Induces apoptosis in various cell lines [2]. Promotes expansion of human hematopoietic stem cells [3]. Potentiates TRAIL-induced apoptosis in cancer cells [4]. Cell permeable.
